On April 19 2019, an international meeting-discussion was held at VFU “Chernorizets Hrabar”, whom discussed innovative construction technologies and design, as well as environmental and safe solutions in modern engineering. In the second part of the event, Antonio Tarquinio was invited to present “transparent cement”, an innovative product with different properties. Eng.
